Sabio’s remote Frame Relay Monitoring services are available for any frame relay network, providing real-time monitoring of critical status, bandwidth utilization, and "quality" of individual frame relay circuits.

Sabio monitors the frame relay network, so you now can do capacity planning and tune your network to improve response times and traffic patterns. In the event of a crisis, Sabio will act as the problem resolution manager, notifying customer-designated contact of any communication problems, opening a trouble ticket with the client's carrier, and continue active follow-up of the trouble ticket to resolution.
